Bugged out Item mall (again)

Hello,
Same thing happened again. i topped up rums from site then converted to rums in game , bought great shaitan biscuit then it said processing order canceled. It deducted 29 rums from me but no actual fruit was given. i will provide screenshot later (posted thru phone). Any tips in preventing from happening this again? Because I dont have all the time to screenshot and post thread every single time. Thank you so much for understanding. @Zankza

It's a problem with item mall that we are still working on fixing with queue system.
