Planned buff timer

Please add timer for consumables and buffs. Something like this but also works for food, exp rate, and drop rate buffs:

I understand that there are tweaks for this, but not everyone wants to use tweaks and mess up original game files or have a plethora of eye-damaging effects and glows on your screen. Also:

no one want tweaks

Anyway, we can implement this as an original game tweak, same as the Camera and Expanded backpack tweaks in the game launcher options for those who don't want to be forced to use it.

Definitely something that's been asked for awhile - quite useful and better than tweaks due to making the game more clean and timers being shown is welcome as well.

I do believe this was in development quite some time ago, and was supposed to look a lot like this tweak (taken from another server):

Not sure where progress on this is currently at, but would be nice to have it in the game at some point.
