i think the deadly ruler ,which is the basic bow app , didnt even exist in the files so devs have to create glows and stuff and as I remember glow progression visual effects are hard to make from 0

U know that there is existing glow for bows alrdy in one of the top versions which is not the problem here.

Problem with bow apparels is that they are susceptible to abuse, need to make sure they aren't abused. They provide extra range making bosses easily killed without any battling at all due to range difference.
