BOT?

Still cant believe my eyes...
Guys, last night I was playing, and all of my accounts got disconnected, I tough it was a server restart/issue, but I was really tired and I went to bed.
This morning when I woke up and I tried to log in all of my accounts I was banned. A friend of mine told me by discord that someone reported me in the forum (this post) because of BOT. I can see by the screenshot above that he wrote a couple of whispers and I did not response, thats because I literally couldn't see the msg because of my "tasks" set up.
A- Is where I put my alt "Hardwork"
B- Is where my main Voy is
C- Is where my alt that I was leveling with my main is, I put the window that way to check the exp bar
The only thing that I have to do with A is click on the window, INSERT - F1 - INSERT and click back to my main, this took me about 2 sec because im used to it, and I left auto grab on.
