BOT IN SMUGGLER

I want to report a bot at smuggler,
first i ask them and see if they reply or not but after 2-3 minutes no reply but still using skill and sit.

as you can see from the link above, he using skill and auto sit but don't reply to any in-game message so its must be a bot.

Yesterday(i think) I saw a champion doing the same thing, and he was in party with others alts sitting next him. So, when the inventory is full, the others pick the itens.
But the interesting fact is that even with a full party next him, they were all full inventory and a lot of itens was next them, and he was using skill and sitting.

I have question about this.
In this example, looter char is "loveUblue", we have been reporting this guy for many times now, he was botting with another champ "noty" before. And some ss i cant remember the name. Cant you just ban all the accounts of this guy? If you can not ban, this guy will level another chars and keep doing this.

The first time we Ban only the account that is Botting.
Second Time we also ban looters.
And the third time, we ban all.
