BlackDragon Lair Relog-able

We all know BD gives some game changing OP gems.

So why has it turned from a PvP maze to PvE

You can just make a few alt ss and sm's to keep bd sealed and using voys to deal dammage. And if you die? just log the revs you had reloged in the lair and repeat.
Easily obtain the most OP gems in game.

@Zankza change bd lair so it is not relog-able for a few reasons:

Getting OP gems at little to no cost.
Removes the PvP of the best activity in game, Black Dragon PK
It has potential to ruin the balance in the server.
I remember when i joined foxlv and this relog pk was happening there, I did tell you about how messed it is was. And it was changed.

Well its worse here, in a vanilla 1x rate server being gifted bd gems with no pk and little effort.

With this change and Removing the full heal bug "feature"

We can make PirateKingOnline Great again

zank pls take care of this. being able to know bd spawn by logging and relogging ur alts and the fact that u dont need to farm bd keys for ur alt SS for seal will be somehow let people quit. zank pls take care of this.

prioritize @Zankza , this has high business value for you're server so you might fix this one first.
