It's common knowledge that Restricted has a ton of pilots granted there are some in Noway too. But look at this Clear proof that LuisaRLZ is playing on Playl3oy's account.
I asked Zankza if it is illegal and he confirmed it.

I do not see where it says it's illegal? it pretty much only says that you're on a risk if you share your acc, not mattering if its your brother.

And why am I the only one apparently breaking the "rules" (which I fail to see as breaking a rule to begin with).

If you're gonna report me, at least go report the entire server. I am pretty sure 90% or more of the people that make up this server, have shared accounts at least once, and at least 60% share accounts daily.

A little secret, if you read between the lines, some rules are there to prohibit certain actions but there is generally no direct punishment. Instead, if you get screwed over for not following a certain rule, you won't be given any support.

Then might as well ban a big majority of the server. And the fact that there's so many people who've shared accounts for over a year - which is not secret haven't been banned yet, says quite a bit.

and they got back the items w/o problem since some players have ''friends'' helping them with these problems but to the rest of players this benefit of friendship does not help you because after all you are considered a simple player. I'm pretty sure some of here know about what i'm talking

I recommend you to take a look at "Questions and Support" before the rule about not returning dropped/sold items took place and you'll see dozens of threads where people of all "layers" have gotten help.
