Again, we already use tweaks for this, so having an official visual effect to know when and whose amp starts or ends would be great.

Seeing effect on both enemy and ally, thatw ay u have a 100% knowledge on when he/she has used something, could be nice

In everyone if possible, since this would also allow plvl sellers/buyers to know wether the other person is truly using the exp amplifiers, leading to less scams.

Something similar we had already in the tasks list.
But to see the effect on enemy troops is kind of cheat.
