Completed Add PK Map / Dream city

Players need a place to PK besides the mazes. Forcing them to spend resources in mazes and exclusively PK certain people can get really tiring after a while. We just need a small zone to PK on or goof around with other players.

Started We have added PK map to an upcoming release.
As for Dream City. It was declined by the majority of developers.
