Once happened to me an error while some characters (eg: Phyllis, Carsise, etc) became invisible and I also was unable to interact with them. Accounts that had these characters appeared like having none. I had to reinstall the game from zero.

After I done this I was able to play normally and the characters reappered in the accounts where they were missing.

Yes, that's case of failed rasterization, which is why I asked if he was able to see on website (since no rasterization required) but in this case it's not.
