I'm sorry but we cannot disclose that, as it would be security breach for other users's privacy. Anybody type any username/account and take screenshot and then claim it was theirs and try to social engineer the support staff into revealing information such as which forum account is bound.
In general, we will not reveal any information, not for just your own sake of security, but for others as well.

It's not about what you know, it's about policies, It does state in our policy that your email must be valid and in good standing to secure your account, neglecting to maintain your email (that includes remembering what email address) is violation of policy, and we will not violate our own policy just because you felt it was not necessary to follow our policy. That being said, lots of people are using throwaway accounts/emails to create multiple accounts, we do not allow them because as they would expire or become unusable in future. It is good thing this has happened now, with such relatively low level character, imagine to play hundreds hours on a character only to find out you've failed to secure the account securities that would have been a major blow.
