2FA Security Problem

My account is protected by 2 factor authentication and it says that once i put the code to login the char I don't need to put the code again for a period of 7 days of inactivity. What is happening is: I have to put the code every single time that I want to log my char. I heard from others that it happens to them too. Others have the normal cooldown for it. There's any way to fix it? Thanks in advance! @Zankza @Developer
