An error appears that says "Cha second password not created".

I have tried of course inputting the current 2FA application's 6 numbers that keep resetting, and also tried changing the account security code from this website and inputting that.

What shows is: "Enter 2FA code". The usual screen as always when entering after some time at login.

The error is (whether 2fa pass or acc security code): "Cha second password not created". With correct 2fa password.

THIS APPEARS IN ONLY MY LAST 2 ACCOUNTS, WHEN 1) TRYING TO "ENTER GAME" A CHAR; 2) WHEN TRYING CREATE A CHAR. password is not incorrect, from my desktop app or phone app.

I am sure the 2fa password is correct (not inactive 2fa), I have tried many times to be sure, as I was able to log in my main account the first time no problems, as every previous time, but the last 2 accounts simply refuse to create or enter game with char, and 2FA should be the same with my Forum Acc...

How did you solve this? enlight us so that new players can look up this thread for help
I tried some minutes later, after being able to confirm that the first main account(s) (2) didn't stop working, and relieved that they STILL worked (not broken from seeing the next ones NOT), I tried on the third et cetera (or more?? mystery) that didn't work AGAIN, and they did now work, after only some minutes! with the same input of the 2 Factor Authenthication, same App on mobile or desktop. I did the same, no difference, trying to log into a character. It didn't work before, except on the first ones (those yes), and now it did work on all, the last ones and the first ones all together. That was Developer fixing it in a flash behind the scenes with an instant reaction of only a few minutes ETA to find the reason that caused it and fix it, that is some good quality service right there. Thanks! ;):blue_squid_1:

(5-7 minutes I think, max. 10 minutes or so. Error in 2FA solved and could log in my characters again. Less than 15 min of stubborn accounts only happening on the not mainly used ones.) For more documentation, I must say that the accounts were, are, of this same "Forum Account", so it's all together to manage here. So it was weird that more than one ehem worked, and more than one ehem ehem didn't work, and that it was so selective in choosing so orderly and symmetrically beautiful in numbers which to do work and which not! very strange)

Just a Reminder. Please Enable 2FA after you logged in to the game for the first time.

This can be a common mistake some people forget to do, a good reminder indeed! (happend to myself once aswell!)

Actually, it is not. I do believe that it is one of the recurring bugs at our end.
Example:
You have 1 game account slot, You play and enable 2FA.
Noy You invited a friend of yours and got second game account slot.
This second game account will have such a problem. Because it never had any PIN code setup, and 2FA replaces PIN code.

I see. So if I understand correctly, if I play for example, for 2 years without 2FA, and then after I have already more than 1 account I activate 2FA and then invite another friend and get an account, old Game Acc's (which had the original game's normal security code feature) will 100% work with the implementation of 2FA, but any new ones AFTER inviting (with a Now-pre-activated-2FA), will maybe, remotely have a possibility to have a bug AS INSTEAD OF 2 CODES THEY USE ONLY 1, (only 2FA which renovates in real time, but no permanent PIN) as they never had the chance for you to enter the normal game security PIN code, and maybe some of the old codes may bug if they detect there is no PIN in use? Wow, so it really is important to activate 2FA early game, or not activate it at all, ever again if you really do not plan on using it for protection, ever; so message is "Don't activate 2FA in the middle of your years here." (That is more or less the idea interpreted from that explanation, I could be wrong)

But not using 2FA is choosing not to have additional game protection against stealing of all your hard-earned equipment, levels, items, etc. if someone somehow enters your main account... If 2FA can be "20% annoying" for the average user wanting to play without his smartphone or desktop App at hand (sometimes it may happen), it must be "100% annoying" for the "hacker" who doesn't even have regular access to your Authy--Unless your computer or smartphone is compromised and full of malware from the beginning, though... Life advice: don't install additional programs that you don't need after you have a clean computer bought from the shop, or after formatting the Op.System or resetting to factory settings!
