    That happened to me before, I believe it's a version mismatch thing, you need to run "Version Check" Also, you may need to "temporarily disable your anti-virus" before doing so.

    Because you got them from a "chest, now as "Octane3087" have said, you need to drag them into the trashcan icon and confirm their deletion! :P Also, if you ever wanted to trade this type of items you need to "fuse them with an apparel" to be trade-able/drop-able. Good luck

    Did you try to uninstall the game from your windows "control panel->uninstall a program", then restart, and then download and clean/fresh install the game?

    What I did was "temporarily turn off my antivirus" and then it worked. Do a version check then it should be ok. Also, AVAST antivirus lab. checked for the game.exe and they gave it a green light after an hour or so and told me it was legit and virus-free. So you shouldn't worry about turning it...

    UPDATE: I managed to solve the problem by temporarily disabling my anti-virus program.

    The thing is, it doesn't allow me to do anything, the moment I launch the client it gives me the first error, and I must click OK, then it gives me the seconds one which shuts down the client as I click on the 'X or the OK' Should I uninstall the game and then clean install again?
