If you dont wanna focus on your staff/dagger to max it doesnt mean you deserve the +13 glow either. It makes more sense if you do, just because you cant or dont want to invest into getting +10 doesnt mean that +9 HAS to give +13 glow. +10 giving +13 glow is perfectly fine. I've seen players walking around with +13 glow so it is attainable. Even a cruz with max gems on his/her sword won't be able to obtain the +13 glow since it would be +8 which gives the +9 glow already. So I don't understand how +9 is better to give the +13... -

Someone has to plvl because clerics/sms can't plvl themselves. Before asking a stupid question, ask yourself the same question as well. Not everyone can afford to buy plvl 3m/hr, especially when lvling is difficult here. -

I dont get the 0.5x part. If u remove it, it would be easier for new players to catch up and play with us. The server is already getting boring. Hence the low drop rate. It wouldnt make the Unique vouchers in mall useless because the 65 rings/neck already have a low drop rate. It would just make DW much more worthwhile to do. -
