    Fix The SM Skills

    Fix the Seal Master skills bud, Shadow insignia used to do 100 damage per sec in original top too . Without the damage the Seal Masters are just support SM. Man add the damage and stun so we can have battle SM ,they are so so weak now. Do Something..............
