    Developer giving false/incorrect information about amps?

    I've seen a developer saying that you does not lose amps after server restarts, but I've lost amps of luck after some restarts during my journey. Nothing really big, as they are sold for 35k each, but I'd like to know why this information did not match what really happened ingame.
