i mean developers are not dumb, they can easily make a excluding cd list by adding another line of code , or a low cooldown list -

As the title said, however leave the lucky packet with CD considering getting xp rapidly is not a good idea, but for fortune pack and pros pack, it will save a lot of time opening them... its not fun spending 3 hours just to open 100+ stack of packets and within those hours i coulda done... -
