    Maybe not entirely a punishment but perhaps if the gms notice whats going on then they might help resolve the issue in some form since it does sound like trickery on their part, that or theres other stalls to look around for, but thats just my advice for next time. Hope it can be resolved...

    Hi not sure if you found out or not yet but basically the only way I know of to unload items from boat is by selling them to traders which are usually in certain buildings (usually found near harbors). If you mean put them in your inventory then I dont believe thats possible, hope this helps a bit.
