Understranding Content Policy

Learn How to request permission to use Pirate King Online content to make creative and dynamic works of video footage or screenshots, and publish to your website, YouTube or similar digital services. Pirate King Online does not object to fair uses of video footage or screenshots on video sharing sites, as long as the footage is a version of the game that we have released to the public. We do reserve the right to address any inappropriate use of Pirate King Online content.

Specifically for Video Footages:

• Do not take assets from our games (e.g. music, items, models) and distribute them separately.
• Do not charge users to view or access your videos.
• Please keep your videos focused on our games, and away from overtly controversial topics.
• Duplication of our official trailers and non-dynamic in-game footage is not in keeping with the spirit of this policy, not authorized and will likely result in the removal of your content.
• We reserve the right to remove content that is only reproducing our games, in whole or in part, on a case by case basis.

Failure to abide by these content guidelines may result in Pirate King Online taking action to have your video removed. Pirate King Online also reserves the right to change these policies, at any time and for any reason. We will post a notification on the policy page.

• Description of Usage
  • Describe in detail how you will use Pirate King Online Assets in your publication, video, website.
  • Provide details on weather it will be used for commercial purposes.

Information provided must be accurate, providing false information will revoke your approval immediately.
