How to make pet who is let's say 2gen str but with all stats con?

In general:
The "type" of the pet (Fairy of Strength, Fairy of Agility, Fairy of Evil etc.) depends on which Demonic Fruit you use, while the stats the fairy has depend on which stats the two 1st gen pets you've married have.

In your specific situation:
You need to marry two 1st gen pets with Con stats (both of them need to be Con) and by using the demonic fruit needed to make a Fairy of Strength, which is Demonic Fruit of Strength , which will give you a Fairy of Strength with con stats. (Reminder: This means that the fairy will give you con while it's on you, and using poss will boost your str).

Yeah Leba mentioned the way to make those pets. An alternative but more flexible solution is have both Str and Con pet in your inventory (more flexible but more expensive for sure XD), so you can have three settings:
1. Poss con pet and switch to Str (+41str+41con during poss)
2. Poss Str and stay str (+82str during poss)
3. Poss con and stay con (+82con during poss)
It's more flexible compared to bringing a con stats str pet, or str stats con pet, but ofc, it's more costly XD

I've seen str stats con pet on the market once or twice I think, not a frequent item considering not many ppl playing champions XD but sure if you can afford you can buy both

Even if such pets were a good build it would be a terrible idea economics wise. No one is going to buy your fairy of str with con stats when you need to sell it.
