I still think it could be somewhat too risky for them to put something such as this up :S

or they can make an item like "Weapon Liquid" thing, so you could applied to weapon and there would be like (Dyed in Blue) next to the weapon name or just show in the stats list, and changes the glow of the weapon at +1 3 5 9 13 [i forgot if +3 changes glow pattern]
