is there a way to fix this visual bug?

When i want to check out the Limited Apps or some new or Custom ones, they appear like this. Is this just me or?

1. Run version check.
2. Go out city
3. Close client and re open client (make sure to not get argent city as it's too packed)
4. when you are in somewhere quiet, try. it should work.
5. if you still cannot see it, it means you have outdated client and do what I said in 1. Run Version Check.

i have done this several times but still have the same problem. 99% of apps show up and work perfect except the new ones like Drax and Xian.
