you can add another e-mail to your facebook account if you want additional safety.
Furthermore how do you lose an email, you can literally create as many as you want on one account.

Well then, that was the risk you were willing to take when you signed up with "fake" facebook. Nothing we can do about it. You can try asking facebook about how to not lose your account.

Hi Zankza, Facebook does not deactivate accounts for inactivity, it's more the email services which deactivate accounts after X months. Is that even relevant though? To my understanding its the bouncing of emails (not facebook messages) that deactivate forum and game accounts? Thank you in advance for clarifying.

Yup. Anyways, when email bounce, till then don't worry about it.

You can change the email address associated with both your Facebook Account and your Game Account (forum account). If you can log into Facebook; go to the following address: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=account&section=email&view .. Click 'Add another email or mobile number'; enter the new email you wish to use; do the verification for it; then set the newly added email address as the 'Primary Contact' and 'Remove' the old email address.
