Have a Problem,Cant Enter In Game :( GM Need Help

• Run Launcher as Admin?
• Remove/Disable Anti Virus?
• Upgrade To Windows 10?

I have successfully installed windows 7, (can't upgrade to 10), and i installed netfrm. 4.5, ran as admin, and did version check but after clicking start game nothing happens

You don't have to upgrade, you can just go straight to win 10.

I didn't buy windows 7, so i cant activate in order to get win10, but excluding that is there another way around this problem.
