what should i do?
wait a bit GMs are not online all day they are people they need some rest !

im sorry, i am new around here, i dont know what time line GMs are from, i will wait patiently :) , i hope they can see my thread, because i really want to play pirate king
 
Your post indicates you are having intermediate problems with launching client. Our launcher is heavily customized, It is very diligent as it performs many critical functions that invokes proper playing condition.

The very first thing you should do is try by doing a 'Version Check' this will ensure your launcher and client are the latest available offering, as older ones may not function properly or do not have capabilities to play.

1. Locate PirateKingOnlineLauncher.exe and execute as Administrator. Right-Click on PirateKingOnlineLauncher.exe and click "Run as Administrator". PirateKingOnlineLauncher.exe is located in main client folder, or you may have a short cut to PirateKingOnlineLauncher.exe on desktop.

2. After the client launcher is launched, Begin Version Check by clicking on button at top left corner, Where a drop menu will appear with choice of "Version Check" in the top of list.

3. The launcher will automatically quickly scan your client files and begin to download any missing or malformed client files.


At this point, If you are still unable to play, It means that you have a service or program that is actively blocking the connection such as firewall or anti-virus.

1. Unfortunately because there is too many anti-virus and firewall solutions there is no easy way of turning them off, You will need to contact your antivirus/firewall company to ask them how to remove/stop.

2. In very rare condition, You may have a ISP that does internet filtering which means you most likely cannot play because ISP do not remove or allow you to circumvent this filtering.

i wish i can post picture but i dont know how, because all i can see is the one that called "image" and when i click it, it is asking for the image's URL,

what i can see above my loading box: Version mismatch. Fetching version information...
but it also says at my loading box that the game is Ready
when i click start, a box will popup containing: Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. if you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to countinue. if you click quit, the application will close immediately.

%1 is not valid Win32 application.

what should i do? :( i really want to experience playing this game . please help
P.S. i already disabled my firewall and antivirus (ESET)

This error implies that the game binary executable called game.exe is deleted. You have something that keeps deleting the game client's program file.
 
is there something i could do to disable this something?
 
Try adding the PKO exe. to the program/file trust list in your anti-virus program. If the .exe was deleted then it might be your anti-virus.

cant find the program/file trust list in my anti-virus program. :(:(:(
dont know what to do now, i already search for some troubleshoot but still cant find any solutions
 
You could disable your antivirus or try googling how to add programs to your particular antivirus.

Again it should be there, I remember having the same anti-virus and I was able to restore or add a file/program into the
Trusted files/programs.
