Why isnt Zankza doing anything about Zalukia and Restricted issue ??

So on Sunday 19th March around 7:30-8:00 AM (UTC) server time, Zalukia (whose been banned for no reason and proof) made forum post abt his issues with Developer. The post was deleted within 3hrs of post and before Zankza made any replies to it. While Zankza already knows about this issue - he has not come forward with any response.

I mean if we can be banned by GM's for no reason at all - then whats the point of spending money and time in this game if anytime it can go ~poof~ and disappear for no reason ??

it is very unprofessional of gms to go into conflict with there costumers even more when gm have alts and compete with them. its strange he even was in a guild but only logical and proffesional thing would be to stay neutral. sorry for my English and just trying to express my thoughts since i do real life Business with alot of customers...theres that one frase that says customer is always right

I don't know the guy much but he has had a long history with this server, those of us on foxlv before it died ,have seen him there daily,and his char was very very good,i agree that a gm or developers should always stay neutral, but maybe there's reasons beyond what we see or hear, sad part is, the developer doesn't have to tell us a thing, its his choice to do as he pleases with his game, he sure wont get many friends acting that way and some will protest and leave,but this game is so ,here and gone, that another server would just take its place, and life would move on, ,I don't know about you guys but I'm tired of lvling a char up only to have to do it all over again,,
I suggest the fox team fix this issue,explain,do whatever you have to ,but please explain......

The user in question @PanMilan (Zalukia) has been Banned for "Threating".
He was warned and muted for such behaviour countless times since nov 2016 along with a few of his "friends" that got under @PanMilan (Zalukia) influence and where socially engineered.
On mar 7 he was temp banned for the same behaviour. And later ban was lifted as user promised to follow the rules.
On mar 16 he was banned for the same reason.

Even after that. User did not stopped his destructive actions.
And after e-mailing with our support, ended up creating a topic on forums.
The topic consisted purely from curved facts and random screenshots. That was identified as harassment against Staff members.
And was officially answered on the same forum thread.

Later, forum thread become a feed for "Trolls" and was removed from public view, as well as it's 2nd re-post.

We are still analizing logs. As it turns out that lewd behaviour of the user in question was just a tip of the iceberg.
