A character named "Minoru" tricked and convinced by "HpSnikerS" to stall his 2nd gen str pet for 1gold. "HpSnikerS" bought it and try to sell it in world. Early in the morning I logged in and saw "HpSnikerS" selling pet in the world so i pmed him and I offer to buy it with my voy "xRyuJin". When I bought the pet I traded it to my cruss "DeathStroke" then I afk stall. "Minoru" posted in the forum that his pet was scammed and want to get it back (Based on your story you just got tricked by "HpSnikerS"). So "Zankza" get the pet to my cruss and gave it back to "Minoru" but my money never get back. So it looks like "Minoru" set stall his pet for 1gold and "HpSnikerS" bought it and sell it to me (xRyuJin) for 13M++ then I trade it to my cruss (DeathStroke) then gave it back to "Minoru" for free. I know "Minoru" is a maller and I am not but atleast be fair. 13M++ here is not easy to farm when you don't mall.

I know will never get back my precious money but if you are the GM what is the best way to do in these case.

From what i understand based on these scenario:

1. Minoru was tricked by HpSnikerS and stall his pet for 1 gold.

2. The "trickster" HpSnikerS bought the pet for 1 gold.

• Minoru lose 2nd Gen pet Str while gaining 1 gold
  
• HpSnikerS lose 1 gold

3. The "trickster" HpSnikerS sell the 2nd Gen pet Str to xRyujin/DeathStroke for 13,000,000 gold.

• xRyujin/DeathStroke lose 13,000,000 gold and gain 2nd Gen pet Str
• HpSnikerS lose 2nd Gen pet Str and gain 13,000,000 gold

4. GM returned the pet to Minoru upon investigation of a scam case.

• Minoru gain 2nd Gen pet Str and 1 gold profit.
• xRyujin/DeathStroke lose both 13,000,000 gold and 2nd Gen pet Str
  
• HpSnikerS 13,000,000 gold profit remains untouched

Based from these 4 point, i would say it's unfair to xRyujin/DeathStroke. If i was in charged of preceding this case i would reverse all
the transaction that occurred so Minoru would kept his pet and xRyujin/DeathStroke get to kept his gold. HpSnikerS will received either
temporary or permanent IP ban.

If i were to follow the book however it's Minoru fault for believing the trickster and getting scam. My decision would be just to remind Minoru
of his mistake and probably release a reminder to avoid future case to occur.

No, you were involved with the scammer in his spree of scamming, you are fortunate that the team decided to not ban you as well.
