vision expansion,zooming out

Can i expand my vision like i could in original top 1 and 2 with extract or something

If you mean camera tweak, having a bird's point of view, basically being able to see much more of your surroundings, then you should try and search for camera tweak either on google or youtube, but I think there's some tweaks here on Forums as well.
