First try to uninstall all the editions of .net framework installed on the computer and then try to reinstall .net framework again.

Method 1: Manually remove and reinstall .NET Framework

To manually remove and reinstall the .NET Framework, follow these steps:

1. Remove the .NET Framework.

a. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.

b. Double-click Programs and Features.

c. Note each version of the .NET Framework that is already installed on the computer. Then, uninstall all the versions of the .NET Framework.

d. When you are prompted, restart the computer.
Method 2: Use the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility to clean up the MSI database state for all the versions of the .NET Framework.

Download the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility. The following file is available for download from the Microsoft Download Center:

Install the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility as an administrator or as a user account that is a member of the local Administrators group.

Click Start, point to All Programs, and then click Windows Install Cleanup.

In the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility, remove all Windows Installer applications for the .NET Framework.

3. Restart the computer.

AFTER THAT YOU DOWNLOAD IN GOOGLE .NET Framework. 4+
INSTALL IT ,THEM RESTAR AGAIN YOU COMPUTER THEM OPEN PKO TO SEE THAT IT FIX OR NOT THANK。

This happens when some AV kills Game.exe
Disable Anti-Virus software, and run Version check to re-download missing files.

The problem here is that when you download files from our servers, the files already got corrupted by time it arrived your computer. This means your ISP (internet service provider) damaged the transmit packets, there is really no simple solution to this.

Do you have a friend or another PC where you can try out and test, to isolate and synthesize if problem is your home ISP or PC.
