slow textures loading

hi guys. ever since I start to play the game and I can see that textures are loading super slow, enemies dissapear, players are invisible etc. its not my computer fault coz we all know that game is not really hard on computers and my computeris quite ok, my drivers are updated my connection is cable with 80mbps speed. so does anybody knows what is going on?

The engine itself has limitations, causing it sometimes, when changing places, thats crowded, and going to places where its less crowded, will make objects and even players (models and stuff) to act slower

In short, the engine thats used for the game is old and needs to be fixed
