Problems with my authy

I have problems with my authy, what happens is that I did not want the authy, then I deleted the saved account that I had inside the authy so that I am not asking for the authy and now every time I try to enter my account it asks me for the authy and I do not have it anymore, what should I do to remove the authy ?.

Hello. We have sent you reset codes. Please use one of them to generate new 2FA SEED QR.
The Authy generated code must be exactly 6 digits long and device Time must be in sync.
