Str, Agi and ridiculously high attack speed from Uns daggers? I'm guessing it's far from viable in high level PK or something, but as long as the guy's having fun. Kind of a different take on Str/Agi SM which was pretty damn fun back in ToP.

If he's smart, he'd probably invest in sea skills because of the gimmick where Algae restores missing SP so it's not a barrier having no Spr and the char can double as a seavoy.

i do have my algae and lighning curtain cuz the damage dealt is fixated .I have already thought about it xd +about the sp issues

i use conch only to farm.sorta say smugglers and lizard kings that die easy with 1 conch and lighning bolt to slow down enemies and melee them

Damage nor duration is fixated, both increase with level. But there's some weird stuff going on when you use Algae which makes SP non-existant on sea.

they dont get increased by Spr if they are maxed
