Is there a way to get our Share from our Guild Leader(DS GUILD)?

Our leader from DS(RICE GUILD) becomes busy and didn't give us share for 2 Weeks and Its on 3rd week now, and as far as I remember, we have a lot refs(probably 30-50 pcs) and UG wind+UG strike and some gold.
