I got banned from Discord help.

okie, my discord account name is "ZaneDonovan". the other night I was chatting on PKO's channel , I gave some suggestion that PKO should get more new maps/apps like other server does all of sudden I got ban, I wasn't even trolling what not simply offer my suggestions. can the other guy that ban me unban me please? there's some major butt communication breakdown(wait I didn't even talk the staff I was going to give them my suggestion in private they wouldn't reply ) /misunderstanding
