Logged in to play some PKO and this guy out of nowhere started to insult me... and on Christmas never the less... What kind of action will the PKO Staff take? Is it possible to make the server more friendly or will I get a "fuck you nub" everywhere i go? Here is a screenshot https://imgur.com/a/VL1Jf

You can use chat-command also known as
'/ignore <chaname>'

Where for instance, if you wanted to ignore me, you would type into chat box like this:

Double confirm ignore, by pressing ALT+F and expanding "Ignored" list to see character name listed there. Problem Solved!
