Certain apparel makes my character invisible

I equipped my gloves, boots and robe/armor, and all I can see is my sword, head and a peg leg. I've noticed others with this issue as well. Not everyone, but some, as they walk around are completely invisible, except for their swords. Does anyone have an answer as to why this is happening?

Please update your client and run Version Check

I run Check Version every few days. I also downloaded the client again. Still the same thing.
