    selling items and getting cash from other players is not part of devaluation i believe. On the other hand getting cash from NPC is. And if catalyst would be the same as ToP(in item mall), this would incerease the effect of item mall a lot. Which is not good for this server.

    I dont know the algorithm ofcourse but i know a lil probability xD I think 0.28 probability is independence for each OSS so that does not mean some amount of OSS will give u that item with 0.28 probability for certain.
