Cargo to Inventory
do you mean sashimi? when the "school of fish" drops it, it goes to your inventory not to your ship cargo inv. As for selling it, you need to have the "set stall" skill (you can get from the grocer guy) and also at least 1 lifeskillpoint for you learn the said skill. and i think you can't...- zzymyth

is it possible to fuse an equipment to an apparel first then place sockets and gem? or should it be socketed and gemmed first then fused to an apparel? any help would be appreciated- zzymyth

Regarding Fusion
is it possible to fuse an equipment belonging to another race then to another but the same class? ex. Lv50 Eva Chest Armor for Voy fused to lance app then fusing it to an Ami or Phyllis app? any help would be appreciated- zzymyth
