    Ok, so after you reach lvl70 experience is reduced to 0.5% which is no problem, but the party is being effected also, meaning you cant help any friends, lvl any alts, lvl with friends below 70 etc.... mobs when killed distribute the experience between the party, but why should everyone get less...

    Zankza the amps are encouraging people to lvl, i dont think you should put a cap, it makes lvling more affordable for everyone in the short run, and in the long run it will go back to how it used to be, a solution here is to reduce the chance of amps from gambling.

    Zankza, Amps were never restricted to that when u reach a certain lvl you aren't allowed to use it.... you are changing the game too much, i understand adding the hi-amps but changing an original item is pretty messed up, you might aswell change other original items that people are complaining...
