    Can't log in dual account

    Someone pls help me to fix this. If I open the first launcher and log in to play then I play normally, but when i lauch another launcher(while the previoua account is sitll active) , it say "connection timed out: 0x5" . this the first time I experience this while attempting to play two accounts.

    Good day, Im just curious, the aspd ring(ring of fish scale, if im not mistaken) I got from story quest has 2 sockets on it. Is that normal? What gem can i forge into it? Thank you. (Sorry for my bad english)
