2nd Report
My first report i made was almost a week ago (5 days to be exact) there was even retard and didn't bring a fix for this skill abusing, This shit has been abused during CA,BD and some others places wich is really annoying, even on PvP bar. lets hope this time this vid change something. @Zankza- Aveyron

Codfish steamboat bug
When you are in 1% or any % of hp it recovers the fully hp. For example, if a champ has 10k hp and hes about to die (500hp) and uses it, he will recover the hp missing (9.5k hp) instantly. Please fix this bug. Thx @Zankza- Aveyron
