A BoI fused into a fork is worth 4.75 mil - 5.5 mil. I haven't gemmed or strengthened anything so I can't tell you anything about that. All I can say is that the most frequent gem fused is Lustrious gem. Lust Gem - 400-475k Ref Gem - 400-475k Fusion Scrolls - 10-15k Strengthening Scrolls - 15-20k- vijackie

Sorry I forgot to mention boots and gloves: Most people go for the boots and gloves given by opening Chest of Incantation - Crusader Both of them have +2 Strength / +1 Agility.
