    Try checking Microsoft's forums, some windows update causing some bugs. Happened to me when my windows has the latest updates from microsoft. If I recall correctly microsoft acknowledging these "bugs". You might need to uninstall some updates but I cant remember the exact names of those updates...

    Check this for reference: http://support.eset.com/kb3195/?viewlocale=en_US Again it should be there, I remember having the same anti-virus and I was able to restore or add a file/program into the Trusted files/programs.

    Try adding the PKO exe. to the program/file trust list in your anti-virus program. If the .exe was deleted then it might be your anti-virus.

    Also if you lose internet connection while playing PKO the game will be corrupted and the client will re-install all files again. It will take hours to install this using version checker. Re-installing the game will save you time. It'll only take more or less 10mins to re-install the game.

    I think he is the guy playing in an internet shop/cafe with his friends. It's possible that there is a keylogger in the unit you were playing or your friends were able to see your pass when you are logging in. Dunno if GM can help you in this issue, hope he does.
