Your problem is, you're not thinking about HOW the unique gem chests are going to be received.
Id rather have "stronger people receive faster" than "noobs with money get everything they want without doing anything".

Another idea. Create a new item 'unique gem chest' which gives a random unique gem but to open the chest a key is going to be required.
The key to open the chest should be added to the item shop.
Add the unique gem chests to some dungeons/mazes.

There shouldn't be a penatly because of 1-3x relogging. If a player relog like 5x then there should be a pentaly.

An Idea: Not limit the amount of players inside the guild but limit it by levels.
Lets say level limit is 500. This means you can have 5x lv 100 players or 50x lv 10 players inside a guild
The buff/effect was just an idea tho. Of course buffs which last 1~h would cost less than buffs which last for 24 hours.
With rewards like this, there would be no point in abusing the system. If players receive items then the most wouldnt bother lvling new players. They just make alts and abuse...
