Do you really believe that 1.5x exp on weekends would help anything? 
I do agree that we could have such events, but it will not change a thing. Stronger players only would get advantage,as they can lvl after 70

Not everyone is like you, to some newbie/players 1.5x is big enough. "It will not change a thing" is ignorant for you to say.

It's just the truth. players below lvl 70 can level without exp multipliers (people have proven it) while they get stuck in 70-72. When they get 1.5x exp they will lvl to 72+ while people lv60-65 can easily level up now.
