    Rum not given after 24 hours

    Hey, I purchased 200 rum via PayPal and haven't received it yet. I'm aware of the current PayPal issue, it's been a whole day though. If there's no way to speed it up that's fine, if you can it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

    Guessing the server was off or something, it's working now.

    It was working yesterday, now when I double click it it doesn't do anything. I checked processes in my task manager and it says it's running, clearly it's not. My brother has the same problem, so it can't be specific to my computer. Anyone else experiencing this? How do I fix it?
