I got the answer about graphics from @Zankza, now im talking about that the game engine should be improved for better mobs/npc/players/objects loading(shown in screen shots). All i want to know if there is going to be game engine update and shaders as an optional patch for those who want it.

*facepalm* plz just stay quiet if u don't know what to say... Those are completely different games... All i say that they should update current game engine (just look at those screenshots... +my PC is good enough to run GTA V and Skyrim SE at 60fps so its not my pc's fault) and they could add...
Game engine is part of gameplay aspect which should be improved asap(better loading of mobs/objects/players/no more first attack being bugged), and the visuals/shaders could be an option on the launcher for those who want a better looking game experience.

But still why would you want to build something on a rusted frame??? That time and energy would be better at fixing this buggy game engine rather than making new features, because the first thing that new/old players are going to see...
As we all know Tales Of Pirates had pretty good Graphics in its time [~2008] compared to other games (similar) like [Runescape/Mu Online], but It's almost [2017] and the game haven't improved in its looks (Graphics/Visuals) at all. I'd suggest it's about time to do something about it to make it...
