    i agree with monkey. the main benefit of ss class is, that ACC is adding attack and hit rate. Thats y SS always should be ACC first. In my TOP times i placed full ACC, and then AGI on my SS. With this build i managed to level to 100 in no time. But can someone explain how the speed tweak works ?
