    Repeated 'Connection Fail' Issue

    I've tried holding shift and trying both CF and CA and that didnt work. However, when I leave the client on for a while (maybe 5 mins?) before clicking play, it works. Any idea if that helps narrow down the issue? Would love to triangulate and fix. Thanks!

    Almost every time I try to log in using the client and hit 'Play', it takes me to the sign in page and immediately has a 'Connection Failed' banner. This continues even when I quit all programs and restart the client. Any idea why this keeps happening? Running on Windows 10 Pro / Surface Pro...
